All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the full amount using your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Currently, we deliver to addresses only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Time

• Within Tamil Nadu: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days from the date of order.
• Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days from the date of order.

Please note: Delivery timelines are approximate and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. These timelines may vary depending on product availability, courier partner performance, and external factors such as weather or transport delays.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, subtotal (including coupon discounts), and delivery location.
• To view the applicable shipping charges, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. The charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.
• Coupon codes apply before shipping charges.
• Shipping charges are non-discountable (coupon codes will not apply to shipping fees).
• Only one coupon code can be used per order, and coupons cannot be combined.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
