Cancellation and Refund Policy

At SR Kadalaii Kadai, we take pride in preparing authentic, fresh snacks made to order. Since our products are perishable, we follow a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Once order processing has begun (packing or dispatch), cancellations will not be permitted.
Please ensure your contact and delivery details are correct at the time of placing the order to avoid issues.

Refund Policy

We maintain a NO REFUND policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Delays caused by courier/logistics partners.
- Customer’s change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Wrong Products

We take great care in packaging, but in rare cases, if you receive damaged or incorrect products:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number along with clear images of the packaging and product for verification.
After review, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
Replacements will not be provided without proper proof of damage/incorrect items.
